Abstract

The quality of young teachers has a direct impact on the quality of vocational education, and it is also an important foundation for teachers' own professional development. The growth and development of young teachers in vocational education is of great significance to the cultivation of talents and the development of education in China. This study firstly describes the growth paths of young teachers in vocational education, and then puts forward several suggestions for optimizing the growth paths of young teachers in vocational education from the levels of schools and individual teachers. It aims to further clarify the importance of the growth of young teachers through this study and provide assistance for the sustainable development of vocational education.
