1.稿件性质:投稿须为原创未发表学术论文，严禁抄袭、剽窃、一稿多投、重复发表等学术不端行为，文责自负本刊不承担连带责任。
2.内容规范:论点明确、论据充分、逻辑严谨、数据可靠、文字精炼，具有理论价值、实践意义与学术创新性，符合学术论文写作规范与本刊体例要求。
3.篇幅要求:学术论文以3000字以上为宜，综述、调研报告、案例研究可适当调整。
4.格式要求:请以全英文格式投稿，稿件需包含题目、作者姓名、单位、摘要、关键词、正文、参考文献基金项目、作者简介(姓名、性别、学历、职称、研究方向、联系方式)，附上中文题目、摘要(200~300字)关键词(3~8个)、单位、作者。
5.参考文献:采用GB/T7714最新规范，引文准确、来源可查，优先引用近3年核心文献、权威成果与官方政策文件。
6.基金项目:如系国家级、省部级及各类科研基金资助项目，请注明项目名称与编号，本刊优先录用基金项目成果。
